1962 Porsche 356B Super 90 sunroof coupe; the twin-grille coupe with factory power sunroof option is a rare car indeed, with surprisingly few originally built (several have been 'created’ by grafting on another car’s top!).
This car, #119937, has official Porsche Certification of its USA-spec numbers-matching authenticity and its original Reutter Karosserie body tag is in the door jamb. A very comprehensive pan-up professional restoration has been completed that included suspension rebuild, new Koni Classic shocks, brakes and drivetrain overhauls.
Beautifully finished in period Slate Grey with Dark Red cloth and vinyl trim, it looks spectacular and correct. Accented with chrome Porsche wheels with new Verdestiens (5) and Porsche crest hubcaps. The original owner’s book is in its glove box pouch along with the trunk tool kit and jack.
With fewer than 100K miles, and virtually none since the restoration was completed, it is a healthy, uncommon and desirable 356 Porsche fully restored to use or show that will enhance any collection.
