One of the best-running and most affordable Pagoda SLs we have had in a long time! This is a well-documented 115K-mile local Colorado car that comes with a thick file of service history from the local Mercedes dealer. The former owner loved the car and spared no expense to keep it in great shape. It has had no accidents and our dry climate has resulted in a completely rust-free body. A knowledgeable SL expert will see all the original spot welds demonstrating original fenders and the correct 'notches' near the headlamp rims. Our restoration shop has just completed a quality refinish in the car's original dark blue and installed a new Haartz cloth convertible top with matching new carpets and underpad (totaling about $20,000). The tan leather (not Tex) is in nice shape and the car's overall presentation is very nice. It has the very desirable 4-speed manual transmission, owner's books, spare, tools and matching factory hardtop plus recent new tires. Nice enough to be proud of, not so perfect and expensive that you don't want to drive it. Perfect!
