1966 Lamborghini 400GT 2+2

This car is here as part of Farland's archive and proof of work.

We did some tricky mechanical work on this beautiful classic Lamborghini.

We tuned the complex 12-cylinder engine with its 6 carbs.

Also performed suspension and brake work.

Introduced at Geneva in 1966, the 400GT 2+2 was a very capable touring car, reaching 150 mph.

A 2+2 setup, the rear seats were semi-usable.

It offered more power and seating than the 350GT that preceded it.

Its classic twin set of two headlights complemented classic Italian styling.

The 320-hp 3929-cc Bizzarini-designed six-Weber V-12 was matched to a 5-speed gearbox.

Quiet and very drivable, it was compared favorably to Ferrari vehicles of the same era.
