We’re happy to offer this incredible example of a premium muscle car.

Let’s start with the Deluxe Marti Report - an essential item on a car like this.

This GT500 was originally lime green but the color was changed to red during a nut and bolt restoration performed expertly in the late 1980s.

Next is a nice set of photos as well as excellent documentation of the car during restoration.

Loads of receipts and information comes with the car.

Also included is the May 1989 Mustang Monthly Magazine.

This car is the Cover car and the article describes the restoration of the car in detail as well as profiling the restorer and the lengths he went through.

This Shelby GT500 shows just less then 60K miles on it, and is represented to be original mileage - an appraisal in 1989 showed only 54K.

The car was originally sold in New Mexico, then moved to Colorado in 2015 - two of the best states for rust-free classics.

We believe the 428 Cobra Jet to be original engine and have receipts for complete 428 rebuild. It also has all of its smog equipment with correct aluminum manifold (painted blue) and Holley carburetor.

Also correct Koni shocks.
